Ali Ercan
Chairman of Board
Ali Ercan was born in Konya in 1986. He completed his high school education at TED Ankara College and his bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Leicester, England.
Ali Ercan serves as General Manager, Member of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors within the Ercan Corporate Group, which operates in sectors such as ceramics, tourism and mining. He has a high level of knowledge and experience, especially in ceramic and granite production and financial management.
Ali Ercan, who has implemented many projects in the fields of construction, tourism and ceramics, is also a founding member of various non-governmental organizations.

Murat Latif Adaoğulları, who started his professional career at Pamukbank A.Ş. in 1996, worked at Pamukbank, Halk Bankası, Ziraat Girişim Equity A.Ş. Cem Ferdi Ordu

Born in Uşak in 1979, Cem Ferdi Ordu graduated from Anadolu University with a Bachelor's Degree in Labor Economics (2002), Adnan Menderes University with a Master's Degree in Economics (2013) and Doğuş University with a Bachelor's Degree in Law (2021).
In 2005, he started his professional career at Koçbank and continued his professional career in Yapı Kredi, Alternatifbank, Finansbank in the fields of corporate and commercial banking until 2019.
Cem Ferdi Ordu left his position as Finance Director at Qua Granite Group, which he started in 2021, in the last quarter of 2023 and was appointed as the General Manager of Bien Finans Faktoring A.Ş. He still holds this position.
Cem Ferdi Ordu is a member of the Board of Directors of our Bank and also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Allbatross Global Logistics Inc.
Serkan Önem

Serkan Önem was born in Gaziantep in 1980. He completed his undergraduate education at Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Administration. Serkan Önem, who started his finance career at Citibank Ankara Commercial Branch in 2007, started to work at Garanti Faktoring A.Ş. in 2008 he stepped into the factoring sector. Between 2011 and 2014, at Tam Faktoring A.Ş. he served as Ankara Regional Manager. Serkan Önem, who continued his career at İş Faktoring A.Ş. in 2014, worked as Sales and Marketing Director at İş Faktoring A.Ş. until 2020.
He joined Ercan Corporate Group in November 2020 as Marketing Director. He took part as the founding General Manager of Allbatross Girişim Girişim Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., which was established within the corporate group in June 2021. Orsa Palet ve Ambalaj A.Ş. and Rockharbour Deniz Endüstrisi A.Ş. which is the subsidiary of before mentioned company, he also served as a Board Member.
Bien Yapı Ürünleri A.Ş., the locomotive company of the corporate group. He worked as Group Marketing Director, covering the relevant processes of all group companies, especially the marketing activities of Qua Granite Hayal Yapı Ürünleri A.Ş. and Qua Granite Hayal Yapı Ürünleri A.Ş. Yavuz Erkmen

He was born in Istanbul in 1977. He graduated from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, Faculty of Economics in 2002. Following his military service, Erkmen left the Marmara University Social Sciences Institute Development Economics and Economic Growth Master's program at the thesis stage, which he entered in 2003, and he worked as a regional manager in the publishing industry for a while. He started his banking career as a Financial Analyst at Finansbank A.Ş. in 2005 and continued his job at this institution until 2009. He started his duty in 2009 at T.R. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. He worked in the Financial Analysis and Credit Allocation departments of the general directorate with the titles of expert, director, supervisor and manager. Since 2018, he served as manager, deputy general manager, general manager and board member at Ziraat Girişim Girişim Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. until June 2021. During the same period, he also served as a board member in various subsidiaries of Ziraat GSYO A.Ş. Erkmen, who started working as a consultant within the Qua Group in August 2021, has been serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bien Finans Faktoring A.Ş., one of the group companies, since February 2022.
Hakkı Çatman

Hakkı Çatman was born in Bilecik in 1988. After completing his high school education at Mustafa Şeker Anatolian High School, he received his bachelor's degree from Eskişehir Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration in 2011. He holds a Certified Public Accountant/CPA certificate.
Between 2009 and 2011, he worked as Assistant Accounting Specialist at Euro Dekor Inc. and between 2012 and 2016, he worked as Accounting Specialist at Bien Construction Products Tourism Industry and Trade Inc. Finally, he worked as an Accounting Specialist at Qua Granite Hayal Construction and Product. Industry. Trade. Inc. as Accounting Manager since 2016 until today.
He also continues to serve as a board member in Q Investment Holding group companies.
Erman Peker

Erman Peker, who has a bachelor's degree in Statistics and a master's degree in Management Information Systems, completed the Executive Leadership Programme at the University of Oxford, Said Business School.
Peker, who started his professional career at Türkiye İş Bankası in 2006, served at Aktif Bank as Internal Control Manager between 2013-2014, at İş Faktoring as Internal Control and Compliance Manager between 2014-2018, and at İş Faktoring as Information Technologies Department Manager between 2018-2022. Erman Peker, who was appointed as Deputy General Manager to Q Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. in December 2022, has been serving as a Board Member and Deputy General Manager since December 2023.
Mr. Peker also serves as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at QTech Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Allbatross Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.
Uğur Yüce

Uğur YÜCE was born in Denizli in 1977. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance and completed his master's degree at Emory University Goizueta Business School (MBA) in the USA. He is currently continuing his PhD studies in Banking at Istanbul Commerce University Finance Institute at the thesis stage. Uğur YÜCE worked as an audit staff at the Ministry of Finance between 2002 and 2004, and served as Banking Specialist, Coordinator, Group Head and Head of Implementation I Department at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, where he started working in 2004. He is married to Özlem YÜCE and has a daughter named Bilge.
Cihan Küçükgöze

Cihan Küçükgöze, who was born in Ankara in 1981, completed his secondary education at Gazi Anatolian High School and then graduated from the Department of Industrial Engineering at Middle East Technical University.
In 2006, Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Cihan Küçükgöze, who started his career as Deputy Inspector at the Board of Inspection, served as Inspector between 2011-2015. Deputy Manager of the Asset-Liability Management Risk Unit in the Risk Management Department of the same bank between 2016 and 2020; Cihan Küçükgöze, who worked as the Asset-Liability Management Risk Unit Manager between 2021-2022, started working at Q Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. at the beginning of 2023. was incorporated.
Cihan Küçükgöze worked as the Head of the Risk Management Department between January and May 2023 and was appointed as the Deputy General Manager responsible for financial affairs and finance in June of the same year. After serving in this position for one year, he was elected as a Board Member and appointed as Acting General Manager in July 2024.
Cihan Küçükgöze, who has been a member of the Risk Managers Association since the beginning of 2016, took on the role of Auditor in the same association between 2018-2020. In addition to the Financial Risk Manager certificate issued by the Global Association of Risk Professionals, Cihan Küçükgöze holds Capital Market Activities Level 3, Derivative Instruments and Credit Rating Specialist licenses.
